When we are at our desks
We work Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30), seven days a week. Because most of our travellers are not in India, here is what our working day looks like where you are. Times shift by an hour when your country changes to or from daylight saving.

- London: approx. 04:30–16:30 (BST)
- New York: approx. 23:30 the previous evening – 11:30 (EDT)
- Los Angeles: approx. 20:30 the previous evening – 08:30 (PDT)
- Sydney: approx. 13:30 – 01:30 the next morning (AEST)
- Singapore: approx. 11:30–23:30 (SGT)
Outside those hours, WhatsApp is still the best channel — we read messages early and late, and we will confirm receipt even if the full answer comes the next working day.
